Translation:

While heading the profit of my counsel, avail yourself also of any helpful circumstances over and beyond the ordinary rules.

Commentary

And even Sun Tzu is not everything. Seek, study and listen elsewhere. Believe nobody has absolute knowledge yet many can contribute. Look for those who can contribute most for you, where you are, now.
